I cannot recommend India Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration enough. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options, answer all of my questions, and guide me toward the best decision for my home rather than trying to upsell me on equipment I didn’t need. I ended up needing a full furnace replacement along with a brand-new air conditioning system after dealing with issues from a previous installation that was not done properly. The team quickly identified the problems, explained everything clearly, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. What impressed me most was their honesty, expertise, and commitment to doing the job right. In a time when every dollar matters, they provided outstanding value and gave me confidence that I was making the right investment in my home. Without a doubt, this has been the best HVAC company I have worked with in the Chicagoland area. If you’re looking for a company that is trustworthy, skilled, and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend India Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

Dear Mr. Lucky Singh: I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent service you provided when one of our old outdoor AC units suddenly broke down. With summer temperatures making our bedrooms uncomfortable, we were in need of an immediate solution. Your response the next day was greatly appreciated. Despite your best efforts and trying to fix the unit by changing few parts, you determined that it was old to repair. Your honest and reasonable estimate for a new Trane AC unit made it an easy decision for me to proceed with the replacement. What truly impressed us was your commitment to customer service. Despite your busy schedule, you managed the delivery and installation the very next day. You and your technicians worked diligently into the late evening and completed the installation by around 9:45 pm. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful service and the comfort you restored to our home. Thank you once again and strongly recommend your services to anyone in need of heating and AC solutions.
